EAM 10.1/10.0 How to add Notifications for Return and Forward event in workflow

Purpose
The purpose of this document is to explain the steps to configure the notifications for Additional Information and Return events in Firefighter log review workflow.

Overview
When a controller sends the work item back to the firefighter for additional information, then the event Forward with Return is triggered and when the firefighter will add the information and click on return/submit button then automatically the work item is returned back to the controllers. Then the Return event is triggered.
